I know I am located in a high traffic area but I’m a home with lots of potential and possibilities and look at all the facilities located right on my doorstep. A grocery store, butcher, newsagency and a hairdresser. I have three bedrooms, a good kitchen, air-conditioning and a big, big north facing rear yard. Too good to miss at this price.
