Ferrari Estate Agents is a new chapter for a business that’s been part of the Orange community for decades. Led by Lucas and Katie Ferrari, we’ve stepped out on our own with a simple belief: that real estate works best when it’s personal, when standards are high, and when the people you’re working with genuinely care about the outcome.
Three decades of trust
Real estate has been in the family long before our name was on the door. Katie’s parents, Pat and Michele Cutcliffe, built a trusted agency in Orange over more than 30 years, earning a reputation for integrity, loyalty, and doing right by their clients without exception. Lucas grew up on a family farm in Trangie before becoming one of Newcastle’s top-performing agents. Together, they’ve brought that shared foundation back to Orange, and they’re building on it.
