A one and a half acre wonderland located on the edge of town where natures changing palette can be truly appreciated. All the modern conveniences including town water, 5 bedrooms, games room, formal and informal living, ensuite yet still maintains the rustic charm of yesteryear. Has to be seen to be appreciated.
